The Q4 2024 edition, sponsored by PwC Nigeria (one of our Founding Members), held in November and highlighted the transformative impact of the Youth of Enterprise (YOE) Internship Programme.
Since its inception, YOE has attracted over 89,000 applications nationwide, placing nearly 2,000 interns in roles that build globally relevant skills. With 54% female participation and 20% representation from underserved regions, the programme reflects our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
The keynote address was delivered by Mr Bolaji Balogun, CEO Chapel Hill Denham, who rendered an inspiring speech on the YOE vision, its impact and the need for more stakeholders to partner with the initiative as it progresses in its goal of addressing youth unemployment and underemployment in Nigeria.
