In November, we held our Members Retreat, a key platform for engaging our Members in reviewing EnterpriseNGR’s strategic direction and accomplishments since inception. The retreat provided an opportunity to showcase the milestones and partnerships driving our vision to position Nigeria as Africa’s leading financial services hub.
Highlights of 2024 included the signing of Memorandum of Understanding with three African countries to establish the African Roundtable of Financial Centres (ARFC), a regional chapter of the WAIFC. Through the ARFC, we jointly promoted African investment opportunities to the Japanese business community. Additionally, we launched the Lagos International Financial Centre (LIFC) project, with TheCityUK providing technical assistance funded by the UK government.
These achievements reflect our commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation as we continue advancing Nigeria’s role on the global financial stage.
